We carry out works for various clients that include the full range of aid and adaptations.
For aids and adaptation projects we carry out a pre-inspection for the client in conjunction with an occupational health professional or customer liaison officer at a time suitable for the customer.
We then agree a fixed rate for the project to include all aspects as well as a programme timescale against which we are measured to ensure adherence to programme. Final works are evaluated on zero defects and right first time principles as well as customer satisfaction.
Works can range from basic hand railings to full scale wet room refurbishments.

One of the key challenges that we have found with this type of works is the customer liaison aspects before, during and after the completed works. Cornel is committed to an excellent customer experience – an element which is critical to success and delivering customer satisfaction for these types of work.

What our Clients say

The council arranged for Cornel to build an extension on my home. I needed to live in the house whilst the works were being carried out. The lads were really understanding and helped me move my stuff, they never stopped, they even got me things from the shop when they were going, really good.
